Troubleshooting

Desktop frozen? Follow the steps below to get back online quickly.

1Self-Service Restart

If the interface becomes unresponsive, open the Dashboard and click “Restart Instance” to reboot the container on your own.

2Confirm the Action

A prompt will ask you to type “Confirm” (case-sensitive).

type “Confirm”

Enter the word exactly and click “Restart” to proceed.

WARNING: Restart erases everything inside the container.
3Customer Support

If the issue persists after the restart, Please contact our engineers and explain the situation. Once they confirm the fault, our support team will reassign a new instance to you as soon as possible.
