How to Change Container

If your session becomes unresponsive you can restart the container yourself or ask for a different machine. Follow the steps below. If you need help please contact customer service and we will assist you as soon as possible.

1Try restarting the container first

When the workspace freezes click the Restart Instance button on the toolbar to soft-reboot your current container.

WARNING: Restarting erases all data inside the previous container. Save your work externally before confirming.
5Request a different machine if the issue persists

If restarting does not solve the problem start a live chat describe the situation and ask for a machine change. We will verify and move your workspace to a new host as soon as possible.
